About Us Impact Fitness DC is a dynamic training company specializing in women’s fitness needs. We focus both on the female athlete and those serious about making a positive impact on their athletic performance. Impact Fitness DC offers private, group, and team training in performance enhancement, post rehabilitation exercise, and injury prevention.

We are proud to serve as an advocate for young female athletes in their quest to continue performing at their best. Our trainers believe that the same techniques that guard against sidelining injuries also enhance speed, accuracy, and endurance. Impact Fitness DC encourages athletes, parents, and professionals to integrate our revolutionary Injury Prevention Fitness technique into their training program. We work with you to get you the results you want.

The Impact Fitness DC team is made up of highly educated trainers whose passion for fitness and overall health defines their work. Our trainers are educated in biomechanics, kinesiology, and rehabilitative science.
