Anna

Anna Weilkoszewski’s participation in a wide variety of sports since an early age has shaped her appreciation and knowledge of the human body. While in college she was the vice president of the women’s rugby team and in high school played sports such as fencing, field hockey, and lacrosse. Her experiences of interning with the DC United MLS team and various college teams have influenced her strength and conditioning programming. As such, Anna specializes in designing workout regimes that are unique to each individual, incorporate multiple body movements, and use little to no equipment. Additionally, Anna has an extensive background of working with younger active populations. She continues to work with the DC United Boys Soccer Academy, has worked at Gonzaga College High School, Washington International School, and Disney’s Wide World of Sports as an athletic trainer. Anna has a BS in Athletic Training from the George Washington University. Her studies have shaped her knowledge and stress for injury prevention and proper rehabilitation protocols. Anna is nationally certified as an Athletic Trainer and is certified as a personal trainer through the
National Academy of Sports Medicine.
